The Terms and Conditions stated below apply to orders placed on our website and the use of our website. On placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Guarantee:
The guarantee given on our entire mattress range is for the full term of that guarantee. There are no pro-rata guarantees, which gives you a lifetime of comfort.

Payments:
Can be made by Mastercard or Visa. Payments must be cleared to our account prior to dispatch from our store.

All payments are made via a secure third party facilitator "E Matters". We do not hold you credit card details in our database.

Insurance:
Your purchase is insured against loss or damage by isleep from the time you pay for it and receive your order. At the time of delivery you will be asked to sign and accept the delivery of your purchase in good condition.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, it is not possible to return items for refund or exchange once they have been used even for a brief period. Items that are still in their original unopened packaging can be returned for refund or exchange provided they are received by us in good order and condition within 14 days from date of receipt. Freight costs in this event are at your (the customer’s) expense.

This in no way limits your rights under the written guarantee of the manufacturer of the product.

Please note that all refunds and replacements are at isleep's discretion.

Delivery Schedule and Charges:
Delivery is normally within 4-7 days from receipt of your order or as indicated on our website for the particular product. Depending on distances from our store, actual road transport time may increase this time period. On receipt of your order the delivery department will make contact to arrange a delivery date and time.

Freight charges are as listed below:

Delivery charges are $40 for 30km radius from cbd.
$80 Goldcoast (South to the NSW Border)
$80 Sunshine coast (North to Noosa)
All other areas contact isleep for quote.

All Personal information collected by isleep is kept purely for contact records and under no circumstances are they transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. All information remains strictly confidential.
